AI Automation

AI automation that does a job, not a demo.

We build AI into websites and workflows for ambitious businesses worldwide: chat that answers from your actual business information, leads qualified and routed on arrival, and the repetitive writing drafted before your team sits down. Scoped honestly, quoted fixed.

Warp threads running taut through a working loom

What this is

A worker with a narrow job description.

Forget the noise for a moment. Applied properly, AI is good at a specific kind of work: reading, sorting, answering, and drafting, at volume, without getting bored. Our job is to find where that kind of work is eating your team’s week and build a system that takes it over.

Who it’s for: businesses answering the same twenty questions every day, sales teams losing hours to unqualified enquiries, and operations built on reading documents and writing near-identical replies. If that’s not you, the honest advice below might save you money.

The problem

Two ways businesses get AI wrong.

The first is the gimmick. A chat widget bolted on last quarter that greets visitors, misunderstands them twice, and invents an answer about your prices. A bot that guesses is worse than no bot, because now the wrong answer came from you.

The second is paralysis. The owner knows this technology matters, reads about it weekly, and does nothing, because every vendor promises everything and none of them starts with the only question that matters: which task, done automatically, would actually pay for itself here?

We exist for the businesses stuck between those two.

What we build

Four jobs we hand to the machine.

  • Website chat that knows your business

It answers from your pages, your prices, and your policies. Ask it something outside that, and it says so and hands you to a human instead of improvising. Connected to WhatsApp when that’s where your customers are.

  • Lead qualification and routing

Every enquiry read on arrival, scored against your criteria, and sent to the right person with a summary. The 2am tyre-kicker and the serious buyer stop arriving in the same pile.

  • Drafting, with a human signature

Replies, quotes, and summaries drafted from your data and queued for a person to approve. Your team edits instead of composing, which is most of the time back.

  • An internal answer desk

Staff ask questions in plain language and get answers from your own documents: the price list, the process manual, the contract terms. New hires stop interrupting senior people for things that are written down.

How we build it

Grounded, supervised, and measured.

  • It starts with a job, not a technology

We map the repetitive work and pick the task with the clearest payback. That’s the pilot. Nothing else gets built until it earns its keep.

  • Answers come from your data

The system is grounded in your documents and your site, not the open internet. Where it has no answer, it declines and hands over. That single design rule is the difference between an asset and a liability.

  • Humans stay in the loop where stakes are high

Customer-facing drafts get approved, not auto-sent, until the accuracy record says otherwise. You decide where that line sits.

  • Your data stays yours

Accounts in your name, access scoped to the task, and nothing of yours used to train public models. We set it up so you could remove us tomorrow and lose nothing.

  • The results get counted

Conversations handled, hours saved, handover rates. If the pilot doesn’t pay, we’ll say so and stop, which is a sentence you won’t hear from most vendors in this category.

Sometimes the answer isn’t AI

The cheapest fix wins.

A fair share of “we need AI” conversations end with us recommending something plainer: an integration that stops the re-typing, an automation rule, a better form. AI earns its place when the work involves judgement about language. When it doesn’t, you’ll get the cheaper recommendation and the reasons.

Why us

Engineers first, and it shows.

The AI is the visible part. Underneath it is the same work we do every day: the website the chat lives on, the CRM the leads flow into, the systems the answers come from. One team builds the whole chain, quotes it fixed, and sticks around to tune it. No prompt hobbyists, no reseller markup on someone else’s dashboard, and no dependency you can’t unwind.

Process

Pilot first, expansion only on evidence.

  1. /01

    Find the job

A call to map the repetitive work and pick the task with the best payback.

  2. /02

    Quote

One fixed price for a pilot sized to prove the point.

  3. /03

    Build

Grounded in your data, tested against real questions your customers actually asked.

  4. /04

    Trial

Live with your team watching, results measured for real: handled, escalated, saved.

  5. /05

    Expand

Only what the numbers justify. The system grows because it’s working, not because it was sold that way.

Common questions

All services

The reliable wins: answering repeat questions instantly, qualifying and routing enquiries, drafting replies and summaries, and letting staff query company documents in plain language. The test is simple: work that’s repetitive, text-heavy, and rule-shaped is automatable. Work that needs judgement and relationships isn’t, and shouldn’t be.

Pilots are quoted fixed after we map the task. Separately, the AI provider charges usage fees based on volume, paid directly by you; we’ll estimate those for your workload upfront so there are no surprise line items.

This is the right question, and it’s a design choice. Our systems answer only from your business information, decline what they don’t know, and hand over to a human rather than guess. We test against real customer questions before launch and monitor the answers after it.

Accounts sit in your name, access is scoped to what the task needs, and your data isn’t used to train public models. If we part ways, you keep everything and revoke our access in an afternoon.

Both, arranged properly. The AI handles the routine questions instantly at any hour; a human takes over the moment judgement or empathy is needed, with the conversation history in front of them. One without the other is either slow or shallow.

Sometimes just automation, and we’ll tell you. If the problem is data moving between systems, that’s an integration and it’s cheaper. AI earns its cost when the work involves understanding language, not just moving information.

Current commercial models, chosen per task and swappable by design. The model is a component, not the product, and we build so that when better ones arrive, yours can be upgraded without starting over.

Next step

Bring us the task your team is sick of.

The repeated questions, the enquiry pile, the copy-paste replies. On a free 30-minute call we’ll tell you whether AI genuinely fixes it, what a pilot costs, and what we’d build instead if it doesn’t.
