WooCommerce Development
WooCommerce development for stores that want to own everything.
We build custom WooCommerce stores for ambitious businesses worldwide, and we repair the slow ones other developers left behind. Your stack, your data, no monthly platform fee, and a fixed quote before we start.

What this is
What a WooCommerce project covers.
A complete store inside WordPress: custom theme, products and categories structured properly, payments and shipping configured, and the checkout tested until it’s boring. We also take on existing stores, for speed work, for repairs, or for a full rebuild when that’s the honest answer.
Who it’s for: businesses that want commerce and content under one roof. If you’re already on WordPress, publish alongside your products, or simply want full ownership of your store with no platform subscription, WooCommerce is the natural fit.
Why WooCommerce
The case for owning your store.
WooCommerce is WordPress commerce, and it inherits everything good about WordPress. The software is yours. The customer data sits in your database, not a platform’s. There’s no monthly platform fee and no per-sale cut beyond payment processing. And when you need pricing rules, checkout logic, or product types that a hosted platform won’t allow, WooCommerce bends where others don’t.
The trade is responsibility. An owned store needs looking after, which is exactly the part most WooCommerce builds get wrong.
The problem
Why WooCommerce got its reputation.
A typical troubled store runs a heavy theme, a page builder, and thirty plugins from twenty different authors. Product pages take six seconds. Update weekend is a gamble nobody wants to take, so nothing gets updated, and that’s how stores get hacked. Eventually the developer who assembled it stops replying.
None of that is WooCommerce. All of it is how the store was built.
How we build it
Lean build, boring checkout, fast pages.
A custom theme, coded by hand
The design you approved and nothing else. No page builder generating weight on every product page.
Extensions chosen like hires
Each one vetted, each one there for a reason you could name. Fewer authors, fewer conflicts, fewer surprises on update day.
A checkout tested until it’s dull
Payment methods your market expects, including cash on delivery where it fits, and a path to paying that doesn’t lose people.
Speed as a budget, not a hope
Image discipline, caching, and query-level cleanup, held to the same speed standards as everything we ship. We test on real phones because that’s where your buyers are.
Updates without fear
Changes rehearse on a staging copy before they touch the live store. That single habit prevents most WooCommerce disasters.
Already on WooCommerce?
Speed work and rescues.
If your store is slow, we’ll find out why before touching anything: theme weight, plugin conflicts, oversized images, or queries dragging the database. You get the diagnosis in plain language, a fixed quote for the fix, and measured before-and-after results from Google’s own tools.
If the store is fragile or abandoned, we audit it and give you a straight recommendation: repair, partial rebuild, or start over. With reasoning and a price for each.
WooCommerce or Shopify?
Stay or switch, answered honestly.
Stay on WooCommerce when ownership, content, and custom logic matter more than convenience. Switch to Shopify when you’d rather pay a subscription and never think about hosting, updates, or security again. We build both and migrate both directions, so the advice on your call is about your store, not our preference.

Common questions
All servicesStores are quoted individually because catalogue size and features vary. Speed work and rescues are quoted after a short audit. Everything is one fixed price, in writing.
The plugin is. A working store still needs hosting, possibly a few paid extensions, and someone who builds it well. What you skip is the monthly platform fee and the platform’s cut of your sales, which is why owned stores get cheaper as they grow.
Usually, yes. Most slow stores are carrying theme weight, plugin conflicts, or oversized images, and those are fixable in place. We audit first, quote the fix, and show you before-and-after numbers from Google’s own testing tools.
Stay if ownership, content, and custom logic are the point. Move if you want the platform to carry hosting, security, and updates for a subscription. We do both, including the migration, so the advice is straight.
Yes. The admin is set up so adding products, updating prices, and running discounts is form-filling, not development. We walk your team through it at handover.
A monthly care plan covers it: updates rehearsed on a staging copy first, daily backups, monitoring, and priority fixes. Or run it yourself; you own everything either way.
Yes. Bilingual storefronts with Arabic right-to-left layout are built as Custom projects, with product copy supplied by you or through a translator we help you source.
