Website Design (UI/UX)

Website design built around how your customers decide.

We design business websites for ambitious businesses worldwide. Custom layouts that lead visitors to an enquiry, a booking, or an order, with a fixed quote agreed before we start.

What this is

Design, as we practise it.

A website design project here covers everything a visitor sees and touches: the structure of the site, the layout of every page, the words on the buttons, and the order in which information appears. We plan it in Figma, refine it with you screen by screen, and then the same team builds it. Nothing gets reinterpreted by a stranger later.

Who it’s for: businesses that need their website to produce something measurable. Clinics that need booked appointments. Property firms that need viewing requests. Contractors and consultants who need the enquiry form filled in. If your site’s job is to look impressive at a trade show and nothing else, we’re probably the wrong fit.

The problem

Most business websites are designed to please the owner.

That is the honest reason so many look the same. A big photo, a slogan, four columns of services, and a contact page nobody reaches. The visitor’s actual questions, what does this cost, can I trust these people, what do I do next, go unanswered.

Meanwhile the template look spreads. When your website resembles your competitor’s, price becomes the only difference a customer can see.

  • Visitors arrive from ads and referrals, then leave without a trace
  • Your team answers the same basic questions by phone, every day
  • The site says less about your work than your Instagram does
  • Mobile visitors pinch, squint, and give up

How we design

Start at the enquiry. Design backwards.

Every project begins with the action you need a visitor to take. Then we design the shortest honest path to it.

  • One question per screen

Each section answers something a real customer asks, in the order they ask it. Price context, proof, then the ask.

  • Phones first

Layouts are designed at phone width before desktop, because that is where most of your visitors are standing, waiting, scrolling.

  • Words and design together

A layout is only as good as the sentence in it. We shape the copy and the design as one piece, not two hand-offs.

  • Buildable by design

Our designers work beside the developers who build the site, so what you approve in Figma is what goes live. No quiet downgrades between mockup and launch.

What you get

The deliverables, plainly.

  • Sitemap and page-by-page wireframes
  • Full designs in Figma for every unique page, at phone, tablet, and desktop widths
  • A small design system: colours, type, buttons, and components, so future pages stay consistent
  • Revision rounds as your package includes, two on Starter, unlimited on Growth
  • Direct handover into development by the same team

See what these deliverables cost on the pricing section.

Already have a website?

Redesigns, without the rankings falling off a cliff.

Most clients come to us with a site already live. We audit it first, keep what’s working, and map every old URL to its new home so the traffic and rankings you’ve earned survive the move. The technical side of that lives with our technical SEO work, which is the same three desks over.

Why us

What you’d notice working with us.

  • The designer can read the code

So designs don’t promise things the build can’t deliver, and the build doesn’t flatten what the design promised.

  • You see real screens early

No twenty-page strategy deck before the first mockup. You react to actual pages of your actual site.

  • The quote is fixed

Agreed in writing before the first wireframe. It moves only if you change the scope.

  • The work is on show

Byutimane, Blue Line Sign & Install, and Bay Area Fireplace were designed and built here, start to finish. Judge the design by clicking around them.

Process

From first call to approved design.

  1. /01

    Discovery

Your business, your customers, and the three competitors you lose work to. One call, plus a short questionnaire.

  2. /02

    Structure

Sitemap and wireframes. We agree what every page is for before anyone picks a colour.

  3. /03

    Direction

One styled screen to set the visual tone. Cheaper to debate one screen than ten.

  4. /04

    Full design

Every page, every breakpoint, in Figma. You comment, we refine.

  5. /05

    Handover

Approved designs move straight into development. Same team, same week.

“They helped us shape our ideal brand website. Real vision, a strong work ethic and excellent communication.”

Common questions

All services

Design and build are usually quoted together, with one fixed price in writing before work begins. Need design only, with your own developers building it? Ask. We’ll quote that on its own.

No. Every layout is drawn for your business in Figma. Templates are why so many company websites are interchangeable, and interchangeable is expensive.

Two structured rounds on Starter, unlimited on Growth. Revisions happen at the design stage, where changes are cheap, rather than after the build, where they aren’t.

Yes. We keep or redirect every existing URL, preserve the content that’s earning traffic, and check search performance after launch. Rankings drop when redesigns ignore this, not when it’s planned.

It’s designed there first. Desktop is the adaptation, not the phone. You’ll approve phone layouts explicitly, not as an afterthought.

Yes. Arabic and right-to-left layouts are designed and built as part of multilingual Custom projects. You supply the Arabic copy, or we help you source a translator; either way the layout is drawn for right-to-left reading, not flipped as an afterthought.

Figma, for everything. You get a shareable link, you comment directly on the screens, and you keep access to the files. They’re yours.
