WhatsApp Automation

WhatsApp automation: every enquiry answered in seconds.

We wire WhatsApp into your website and your systems, so new leads get an instant reply, bookings confirm themselves, and order updates send themselves. Built on the official WhatsApp Business API for ambitious businesses worldwide.

What this is

Your busiest channel, given a system.

In this region, WhatsApp is the front desk. It’s where enquiries arrive, where prices get asked, where bookings happen. WhatsApp automation puts structure behind that: instant responses to new enquiries, qualifying questions asked automatically, appointments confirmed and reminded, order updates sent on time, and a clean handover to a human the moment one is needed.

All of it runs on the official WhatsApp Business API, connected to your website, your CRM, and your calendar. Not on an app installed on somebody’s personal phone.

Who it’s for: businesses that live on enquiries and bookings. Real estate teams fielding viewing requests. Clinics juggling appointments. Stores updating buyers on orders. Service companies quoting jobs. If your customers already message you on WhatsApp, this is the infrastructure that channel deserves.

The problem

One phone, one employee, and every lead in between.

Here’s how it usually works. The business number is an app on one person’s phone. An enquiry arrives at 9pm and gets answered at 11 the next morning, by which time the customer has messaged three competitors and one of them replied in minutes. Nothing reaches the CRM. Nobody else can see the conversations. And when that employee leaves, the chat history and half the customer relationships walk out with them.

None of this looks like a problem until you count what a week of it costs.

What it handles

The routine, done instantly. The judgement, handed to you.

  • Instant lead response

An enquiry from your website, an ad, or a click-to-chat link gets answered in seconds, at any hour. The system asks your qualifying questions and files the answers in your CRM before your team has even seen it.

  • Bookings and reminders

Appointments and viewings confirmed on the spot, reminders sent the day before. Reminders are the cheapest fix for no-shows any business can buy.

  • Order and delivery updates

Confirmation, dispatch, delivery, each sent when it actually happens. For cash-on-delivery orders, a confirmation message before dispatch filters out the addresses that were never going to answer the door.

  • The handover

The moment a conversation needs a human, one takes over with the full history in front of them, in a shared team inbox on one business number. The automation handles the routine so your people handle the deals.

How we build it

Official, useful, and in your voice.

  • The official API, set up properly

Business verification, your number, and message flows that respect opt-in rules. Meta suspends numbers that spam; we build inside the lines so yours stays alive.

  • Written, not just wired

The message flows are copy, and we write copy for a living. Your automation sounds like your business, and it introduces itself honestly instead of pretending to be a person.

  • Connected to your systems

CRM, calendar, store. The conversation data lands where your business already works, which is the integration work we do daily.

  • Measured

Response times, conversations handled, enquiries converted. You’ll see what the automation does, not guess.

Why us

The website and the WhatsApp line, one build.

Most automation vendors start at the chat and stop there. We build the website the enquiry comes from, the flows that answer it, and the CRM wiring behind both, so nothing falls between vendors. One team, one fixed quote, and accounts that belong to you: your number, your Meta business profile, your data.

Process

From chat chaos to a working system.

  1. /01

    Map the conversations

What customers actually ask, what should be automatic, and where a human must take over.

  2. /02

    Quote

    One fixed price, in writing.

  3. /03

    Build

Flows written and wired, integrations connected, everything tested against real conversation scripts with your team.

  4. /04

    Launch

Live on your verified number, with your team trained on the shared inbox.

  5. /05

    Tune

The first weeks show what customers really ask. We adjust the flows to match, because the launch version is a draft of reality.

“Totally satisfied with how they worked with us. Tight delivery dates were met and every one of our requests was handled.”

The app is free and manual: one phone, one person typing. The API is the official platform behind it, and it’s what makes automation possible: instant replies, system integrations, a shared team inbox, and a verified business profile. Any serious automation runs on the API.

The build is quoted fixed after we map your conversations. Separately, Meta charges small per-conversation fees for the API, paid directly to them. We’ll estimate those for your volumes upfront, because a surprise line item is a lousy way to start a relationship.

Badly built, yes, and WhatsApp will suspend the number for it. Ours works within opt-in rules, sends messages people actually want (their booking, their delivery, their question answered), and puts a human one reply away. Useful beats frequent, every time.

The mechanism is speed. Viewing enquiries answered in seconds instead of hours, at 9pm as well as 9am, with every lead logged in the CRM. In a market where the first responder usually gets the viewing, being first every time is the whole point. We won’t invent an ROI number for you; we’ll show you the response-time data from your own launch.

Yes. Bookings land in your calendar, confirmations and reminders go out on their own, and changes sync both ways. That’s standard integration work for us.

It hands over, immediately and visibly. The customer reaches a person with the whole conversation in front of them. Automation that traps people in loops is exactly what gives this technology its bad name, and we don’t build it.

No. We can register your existing business number on the API, or set up a new one if you’d rather keep them separate. Verification is part of the build either way.
